More and more Delvers to Grow and Crypt of Krysuvik production as Backerkit gets filled out and the end is in sight for PDF distribution.
- Character Collections international orders . . . still haven’t yet heard about movement. They paused at customs
- Delvers to Grow’s core book is finished and ready for distribution
- Crypt of Krysuvik is awaiting three art pieces and revision on the title page for art credits
- Delvers to Grow: Strong Delvers has four hirelings to insert. I created a new half-page layout for the hirelings that will look very good in a book, and you’ll see that layout again in future products.
- Fast Delvers prelim layout is complete, and when the backgrounds and other details come in, this will move closer as well. My cover artist should have what I need there in a few days.
- Smart Delvers is the last on the list, and needs the most work.
- Backerkit is over 90% complete, orders should be locking Saturday. If you missed it, the preorder store is open!
To help with ongoing funding of art and speed eventual time to delivery, Gaming Ballistic started a Patreon in January 2021. Here’s the weekly update on Patreon status.
- Membership status: 48 patrons and $323 per month.
- Special Content: Drafts and progress on Crypt and Delvers. This verges on “previews of completed books” at this time. Input on book content. Most of this happens on the Gaming Ballistic Discord.

- Character Collections boxes really ought to be on their way by now; have requested updates and tracking numbers.
Crowdfunding
Delvers to Grow (Launched Friday May 7 at 10am Central Time, Ended May 25 at 9pm Central)
- Backerkit surveys 92% complete and locking Saturday June 26.
- Anticipate full completion of all books in PDF form by the end of next week.
- Initial PDF distribution should start soon

In Development
Writing and content creation for announced projects. Some of this may be cryptic.
- Still looking at “what’s next,” including another TFT adventure, some systemless village settings, and more character work, maybe systemless as well.
- I’m committed to getting the Delvers project out the door before starting on new things, but once I do, look for a series of smaller releases, many likely not on Kickstarter, and some may not crowdfund at all.
- Things are starting to move on the GURPS PDF 2021 project. Not sure where my entry will be in the stretch goal queue.
Friction
Bits of news and items that put a monkey in the wrench.
- I am still waiting on the formal CE Mark certificate of conformity from STC. Two weeks to get a single page PDF. Not cool, guys.
- The art for this project, and even the manuscripts are not coming in as fast as I’d like. I don’t know that faster would really move the ball forward much – I don’t feel like I’ve been slacking – but still, this is the point in the project where the rate-limiting step needs to be ME.
